Frankfort Area Rentals and Reservation Service was founded over a decade ago and has continued since then to provide the Frankfort and surrounding area with both property management and real estate services.

Patricia Haugen founded Frankfort Rentals, working with the wonderful folks at Sleeping Bear Realty, because she felt there was a need for a locally owned and locally operated rental management agency.

Patricia has since retired and the tradition of friendly local service is being carried on by Vicki Von Eberstein and partner Niel Haugen both local residents with many years of experience in the business community.

Niel is a licensed Realtor® and can assist you with most all of your real estate needs. He values your needs, be it property management, real estate sales and purchases, or vacation rentals.
