A cottage from the "Old CSA", one with character and timelessness, with no television. The wrap around porch provides a morning view with your cup of coffee, and possibly a glimpse of deer frolicking in the woods.

Cottage In The Woods has 3 bedrooms, downstairs provides a double bed, upstairs provides two bedrooms, under the eves where you can go to sleep listening to the rain on the roof, both bedrooms have a single and a double bed and one has a crib.

Upstairs there is a half bathroom and downstairs is a full bath with a classic claw foot tub with shower curtain! The living room has seating and even a working fireplace! A small area adjacent to the living room provides a daybed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer and dryer are provided (although limited use is recommended because of the age of the septic system). Linen's and towels are provided and there is a phone limited to local calls. Located between the Congregational Summer Assembly and Point Betsie Lighthouse it is close to Frankfort, Beulah, and many local beaches.

No Smoking! There is no beach area, but public access areas are within walking distance. $850.00 weekly, Off-Season weekly $650.00, Off-Season weekend $350.00
